Where do you ship?
We ship internationally to the US, UK, all European countries, Australia, Canada,
and many more. If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, email us at
hello@sellsage.in and we'll confirm within 24 hours.
How long does delivery take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 8–18 business days depending on your location.
US and UK orders usually arrive within 8–12 days. European orders within 10–16 days.
You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $75 USD (or equivalent in your currency).
Orders below $75 have a flat shipping fee that is calculated at checkout based on your location.
How do I use my discount code?
At checkout, you'll see a "Discount code" field. Enter your code there and click Apply.
The discount will be applied automatically before payment. Codes include
SAGE10 (10% off, email sign-up), plus various easter egg codes hidden around the site.
What is the referral program?
Once you sign up with your email, you'll receive a unique referral code.
Share it with friends — when 5 friends make their first purchase using your code,
you unlock 10% off every future order for life. Your referred friends each get 10% off
their first purchase too.
What are the Easter Eggs?
We've hidden 7 interactive easter eggs across the Sell Sage website.
Finding each one rewards you with a unique discount code (ranging from 10%–20% off).
Head to our Easter Egg page or the teaser section on the homepage for hints.

What is your return/refund policy?
We want you to love everything you purchase. If you're not satisfied,
contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@sellsage.in.
We'll do our best to make it right — whether that's a refund, replacement, or store credit.

What currencies do you accept?
We accept all major currencies including USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD, and INR.
Shopify automatically converts prices to your local currency at checkout.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
You can also log into your Sell Sage account and view your order history to track shipments.
If you haven't received tracking info within 3 business days, please contact us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
After that, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be changed.
Email hello@sellsage.in as quickly as possible if you need to make changes.
