Refund policy
At Sell Sage, we stand behind every product we curate. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
**Returns**
You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging (where applicable).
**How to Request**
Email us at hello@sellsage.in with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos if the item arrived damaged
We'll respond within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
**Non-Refundable Items**
- Items returned after 14 days of receipt
- Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
- Digital products or downloadable items (if applicable)
**Exchanges**
We're happy to exchange items for a different variant or product of equal value. Subject to availability.
